Day 30 Still No i-Phone App?
Some My Shopping Genie updates:
We've been frustrated because the Genie app has NOT been available on i-phones. Some of our close friends signed up for this reason alone so it's not making us look good, and we don't like that.
We called the MyShoppingGenie support line today and the call was picked up by a live person Angel, that was very nice. I asked, when the heck is this Genie App going to be available on i-phones? She didn't have an answer so she took down my name and number and told me she would have someone call me back.
No more then 2 minutes later my phone rings and support let me know that they are working on it but didn't want to give me a tenative date… No they did not know that we are documenting EVERYTHING!
I then explained that My Shopping Genie has been issuing me checks but I wasn't exactly sure why and for what? She took my company ID number ant told me they'd call back and break it all down for me.
Just an FYI on our My Shopping Genie money. Our MyShopping Genie account showed a third commission paid in the amount of $196.
So right now MyShopping Genie has scheduled payment for us to the tune of $688.00
RED FLAG: Haven't received a check yet but according to the MyShopping Genie commission page the first check should be sent today.
That's it for today, still bummed about the MyShopping Genie i-phone app not being available yet.
