Day 22 My Shopping Genie Commission Checks Doubled!
Day 22 – Monday May 7, 2010
Ok, so after a very busy week in our primary business, we decided to cut the postings back to once or twice a week. If you came back here in the last day or so looking for fresh content, all we can say as of now is "we are sorry"! To avoid any unneeded trips over to our website you can just subscribe to our updates on the right hand side of this blog.
So… What's happened since Monday?
Our Effort: We spent a little time checking out the new myshopping genie app (genie 4.0); it's pretty cool looking. Check out a screen shot of what our new Genie looks like live.
Beyond having one conversation with (what seemed like) a great business partner and team member, we didn't lift a finger. In fact, we probably logged into our My Shopping Genie backoffice no more then two times this week.

When we did finally get around to log into MyShoppingGenie, here's what we found…
We had 2 new distributors since Monday, without effort... This is starting to feel pretty good!

Upon checking our Genie back office, we noticed our commissions doubled to $492.00!
This puts our business into the green by $292.00. (minus the cost of our hourly Social Media expert who handles all of our personal and business accounts)
Keep in mind, we never even heard of My Shopping Genie nor My Net Universe before the email that we received on Friday, April 16th 2010.
We are pretty excited because we seem to be getting paid from numerous different angles that we haven't taken the time to quite understand just yet. It just goes to show that you don't need to see the "whole staircase" to take the first step…
While we're on the topic of getting paid with my shopping genie, the one number thing that really stuck in my head was the average revenue per downloaded bar of $3 (which is expected to be close to $10 by the end of the year). That means if you ask one of your family members to download your free genie application (that's it, nothing else), you should earn about $3 per month *per average user stats.
We currently have 40 people who voluntarily downloaded our application from our My Shopping Genie Facebook Fan Page and our Shopping Genie Twitter Channel. Haven't quite hit up grandma yet 
.
40 X 3= $120 residual (on the low end) per month. Again, no super marketing techniques — most of these downloads came from a Facebook Fan Page and Twitter. You can also see that our downloads are growing at a pretty steady and consistent rate.
Let's do a little more math shall we?
We went from absolutely nothing to 40 download in three weeks @ $3 profit per free application that we've given away…
In one year (52 weeks), we will have created passive income stream of $2079.60. This does not include the team building earnings we mentioned in the beginning of this post.
This is exactly what has us excited, because with a little focus, and helping the right people to be successful, this Shopping Genie App Business has amazing… AMAZING potential.
